Lifeline - Supportive Home Monitoring Service

Lifeline is a two-way communications system that is installed in the home. It is helpful for those individuals who wish to   remain living independently, yet occasionally require emergency assistance.   With a simple push of the personal help button that the client wears on the wrist or around the neck, the Lifeline equipment is activated and provides instant access to support personnel.  The  Lifeline monitoring personnel contact local support persons such as neighbors or relatives to come and assist the client.  When necessary, ambulance, fire, and/or police notification is provided.

The Lifeline unit uses the telephone line to provide voice-to-voice communication 24 hours-a-day, 7 days a week with a trained Lifeline professional. In this way Lifeline support representatives provide clients and their families with an increased sense of security and confidence.
