Robert C. Jackson, Jr., MBA, FACHE , was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Grove City Medical Center after serving the organization at various other levels. Hired in 1998 as Director of Managed Care, Rob’s role evolved through the years as he assumed more responsibility and made significant contributions to the accomplishment of the hospital’s strategic goals, eventually serving as Vice President, Administrative and Physician Services. In that position, he oversaw the hospital’s cardiovascular services, corporate compliance, laboratory services, medical staff services, off-campus diagnostic centers, rehabilitation services and utilization review.

Prior to joining Grove City Medical Center, he was Manager of Payer Relations for University of Pittsburgh Physicians. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Westminster College and earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Rob is active in various community organizations, and holds several associated board posts.

As Vice President for Patient Services, Karen Bray oversees the hospital’s nursing departments, educational services, infection control and pharmacy. Karen’s background includes experience as an independent consultant, specializing in hospital operations with special emphasis on the redesign of nursing service departments. She also served as Vice President of Patient Care Services at Ohio Valley General Hospital in McKees Rocks, where she was recognized by Quorum Health Resources as one of 15 “Best Practice” nursing department benchmarking models. Karen holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in nursing education and nursing administration.

Don Henley

Donald E. Henley has served Grove City Medical Center as Vice President of Human Resources since 1990. Don received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Thiel College and then his Masters in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Originally hired as the Coordinator of Family Counseling Services, Don continues to oversee the Social Services Department in addition to his primary responsibilities for recruiting, retaining and recognizing the hospital’s employees.

 

 

Responsible for management of the business functions of Grove City Medical Center, Jennifer Davis served the organization as controller since 1996, and was appointed Vice President of Finance in October 2007. She oversees the accounting, patient business services, purchasing, and compliance departments within the hospital. Jennifer is a graduate of Grove City College and held position in public accounting, hospitals and long-term care prior to joining Grove City Medical Center,
