Community Health Partnership of Mercer County to Present Survey Results at Annual Holiday Event

The Community Health Partnership of Mercer County’s annual holiday brunch will be held on Friday, December 1 st at the Legacy Banquet & Conference Center, 1946 Mercer-Grove City Road, Mercer. The even will begin at 9:30 a.m., with vendor displays and exhibits and networking opportunities with CHPMC board members. A buffet brunch will be served at 10:30 a.m., followed by a presentation highlighting State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) accomplishments of the past year. Also featured during the program will be the presentation of the Center for Disease Control’s Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance system assessment of Mercer County, with a summary of the status of Mercer County Health. The program will begin promptly at 11 a.m.
