Because we believe it is important for our patients to spend
time with family and friends, our visiting policy is
flexible. We do ask that visitors use discretion with regard
to their loved one’s condition, and whether or not he or she
is in a private or shared room. To protect the health of
patients, however, some of our nursing units must adhere to
more specific visiting policies, which are posted at the
entrance to each unit. We appreciate your courtesy and that
of your visitors in respecting the rights of other patients.
Children are welcome to visit, but they must be accompanied
by a parent or other responsible adult and may not be left
unattended at any time. Parents of pediatric patients may
stay overnight with their children. In some cases, family
members may stay overnight with adult patients as well. |
